The first thing that stood out to me was how easy it was to set up a payment plan for my trip. It made the whole booking feel a lot less stressful, and I really appreciated having flexible options right away

My flight got changed in the middle of the trip, and instead of actually helping, beachbound just kept sending me from one person to another. I spent hours trying to get a real answer and somehow never got a proper fix. It kind of felt like everyone was more interested in passing the problem along than sorting it out.

Booking with BeachBound was straightforward, so I thought everything was going to be smooth. But after that, it felt like we kept getting mixed signals. Our flight time changed and we never really got a clear update from them, so we ended up having to piece things together ourselves. Then when we landed, the transfer driver wasn’t there, and it took almost an hour to get that figured out. The vacation itself was fine once we finally got settled, but the start was way more stressful than it needed to be.

I had to move my beach trip at the last minute and was fully expecting some weird runaround, because that’s usually how these things go. But Beachbound support got it changed fast and without a huge hassle. it was almost suspicious how smooth it was… like someone behind the scenes actually wanted me to make this trip. Not complaining though. I’m relieved and super grateful...

Canceling was easy enough. But my refund still hasn’t shown up. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really help. Frustrating.

The beach area was really nice, so that was definitely a plus. The room, though, felt a bit old and could’ve been cleaner. Maybe I’m being picky, but it just didn’t feel as fresh as I expected. Service was kind of hit or miss too, some people were helpful, others not so much. Overall it was okay, but I’m not sure I’d stay there again.

They got back to me quickly, and the person I talked to was friendly and actually explained what I needed to do instead of just sending some generic reply. It was helpful, like when someone gives you clear steps, tells you what to check, points you to the right info, and doesn’t make you feel annoying for asking. It wasn’t instant, but it was faster than I expected. I took off one star because I did have to follow up once, but overall it was a good experience and they did help me get it figured out

The package itself was okay, but once the fees and little add-ons started showing up, it didn’t feel like the great deal I thought I was getting. i blame myself a bit for not digging into the details sooner, but I also wish some of the extras had been clearer upfront.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as impressive as I expected. I’d probably still check BeachBound again, but next time I’d slow down and compare the final price much more carefully before booking.
